I got pretty tired of scrambling around for my brushes, so I decided to do a really quick and easy DIY craft to hold all my make-up brushes. I decorated a little jar that literally took me minutes to make and only required very little supplies. Yay to creativity! Additionally, I’ve been reading up on photography. Gaining knowledge is a powerful feeling!

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the Clean Water Act. This legislation, which governs the quality of our nation’s water, allowed many bodies of water, like Lake Erie, to be used again for recreational activities like swimming and fishing. Since the act was passed in 1972, more than two thirds of our waterways have met the standards.
Access to drinkable, fishable, and swimmable water is a right that we need to protect. Help support this national program with a simple gesture and “like” our Facebook page and spread the word! It’s vital that we all learn the various steps we can take to conserve and preserve the most important resource on this planet.
